2. Product Nature & Personalization
All products are made-to-order and may be customized based on your provided details such as names, dates, messages, or color preferences.

Handcrafted Production:
Each item is handcrafted using materials like wood, acrylic, and non-toxic paints. Minor variations in color, grain, or layout may occur naturally and are not considered defects.

Images & Descriptions:
Product photos represent actual samples. Final items may vary slightly due to personalization or natural material differences.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure all personalization information is correct before submitting the order.

3. Ordering & Payment
Placing an Order:
Choose your product, enter personalization details, review carefully, and complete checkout securely.

Accepted Payments:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card payments are processed securely via PayPal, and no PayPal account is required.

Order Confirmation:
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If not received within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

4. Changes & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placement.
After this period or once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Please verify all details before completing checkout.

5. Production & Shipping
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Production time: 1–3 business days.

We provide free standard shipping within the United States.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Transit time is typically 2–5 business days.
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days.

Tracking information is provided by email once shipped.
Shipping is limited to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only.

6. Delivery & Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Carrier delays due to weather or holidays may occur.
Lost or damaged packages should be reported within 7 days.

7. Returns & Refunds
Customized items generally cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse or incorrect personalization submitted by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will provide a replacement or refund if confirmed.

All prices are in USD.
Taxes (if applicable) appear at checkout.
No hidden fees. Shipping is free.
