Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
SabbathHome currently delivers only within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to international locations, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase.
This benefit applies automatically at checkout—no code required.
There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders completed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Denver, GMT-07:00), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Handling Time (Processing & Personalization)
All products are made-to-order and personalized.
Production time:
- Minimum: 1 business day
- Maximum: 3 business days
Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
You will receive an email when your order enters production.
5. Shipping & Transit Time
Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on delivery efficiency.
Shipping days: Monday–Friday.
Estimated transit time:
- 2 to 5 business days
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
6. Total Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Window:
Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the date your order is placed.
Your total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
Example:
Order placed Monday 1:00 PM → processed same day → ships between Tuesday and Thursday → delivered between Thursday and following Tuesday.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers are not eligible for free replacement.
Contact us within 12 hours if you need to update your address.
8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
Delays: Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Lost/Damaged: Contact us within 7 days if your order is lost or arrives damaged. We will investigate and provide a replacement if confirmed.
